Living Area: Living room with an open kitchen and a cozy sofa bed to accommodate up to a total of 4 people. Important note: The apartment is located on the second floor and there is no elevator. Strategic location (Times verified on Google Maps) The true strength is the proximity to Bormio and the ease of access. Zero snow stress: The apartment is easily reached without facing steep climbs or dangerous roads in winter. On the slopes in 2 minutes: During peak periods—thanks to trade ordinance no. 48 regarding vehicular traffic on the local municipal road "via Alute" (one-way toward Bormio from 8:00 to 11:00 and one-way toward Valdisotto from 16:00 to 19:00)—you will reach the ski lifts in just 2 minutes by car, avoiding all queues. (Valid from December 24th to January 6th and on pre-holidays and holidays from January 7th until the Sunday after Easter). Bormio Ski Lifts: Reachable in 5 minutes at other times. Bormio Center: Reachable in just 3 minutes. Services included for a worry-free stay We want you to feel at home from the very first moment.
