Located in Castione Andevenno, one of the small villages on the Valtellina Wine Route, it is situated in a privileged position at the end of a closed street that leads to a small group of houses. The surrounding landscape offers views of terraced vineyards in the Sassella area. The layout and decor in the house have been conceived with great attention to detail as a special place to be shared with our families and friends. We have decided to make Casa Seconda available to everyone who, like us, loves to spend their free time immersed in nature in warm summers and crystal clear winters. The centuries-old history of this valley and the "heroic" viticulture carried out on its terraces, the traditional good food and the many cultural events that every year attract thousands of tourists, make it so inviting. The simple appearance of the exterior of the house overlooking the vineyard, gives way to a large, well-finished and functional interior space, in harmony with the spirit of the valley. The ground floor hosts a large living room with a big table for friendly gatherings, a spacious fully equipped kitchen and a relaxation area around the wood stove which gives warmth and atmosphere in the winter evenings, while from the small balcony you can enjoy a view over the entire valley. On the upper floor there are two large bedrooms - one double and one triple - for a total of 5 beds. The house has two bathrooms, equipped with showers and all amenities, both have windows. The house can be rented as a whole or just a room. In the latter case, the living areas on the ground floor and the relative facilities are shared with all the guests.
