Covering approximately 100 km, the drive takes around 1 hour and 15 minutes. Leaving the airport, take the A8 motorway towards Milan, then continue onto the A9 towards Como and Chiasso. From there, follow the SS36 — the Lake Como and Spluga road — one of the most scenic routes in Lombardy, which runs along the shores of Lake Como and winds up through the Valchiavenna valley. After passing through Chiavenna, follow the signs for Gordona. The village sits on the left bank of the Mera river, from where you will find signs leading to Agriturismo Hunum, nestled on the characteristic "mezza costa" hillside among the chestnut groves. --- **From Sankt Moritz** From Sankt Moritz, the journey to Agriturismo Hunum is a route of rare beauty through the Alps, connecting two alpine gems across breathtaking scenery. Covering approximately 60 km, the drive takes around 1 hour and 30 minutes, owing to the winding nature of the mountain roads. Leave Sankt Moritz heading towards the Maloja Pass (Malojapass), one of the most spectacular alpine crossings in the Swiss Alps, with its sweeping views over the Engadin peaks. Descending from the pass, travel through the Val Bregaglia on the Swiss side, passing through picturesque villages such as Stampa and Vicosoprano. You then enter Italian territory through the Castasegna border crossing, where the valley opens out into the Valchiavenna. From here, follow a short stretch towards Chiavenna, then turn off towards Gordona.
