Consisting of two bedrooms, a quadruple with a habitable terrace with a splendid view of the mountains of Val Bregaglia and a double on the lower floor, both with private bathroom. The living room consists of a kitchen and a lounge with the availability of a double sofa bed. The property has free Wi-Fi, a relaxation area in the garden equipped with an outdoor table. Car parking is free, inside the courtyard with the possibility of storing bikes in the garage. The La Rosa apartment has absolute tranquility immersed in the nature of the splendid mountains that surround it. I am Silva and with my family I have been welcoming my guests since 2002, one of the first businesses opened in Valchiavenna. One of the dedications, dearest to me, that was left to me by my guests represents the spirit of my hospitality: "This house is not just a beautiful, clean, well-kept and functional house, it is a House with Heart that makes you feel at home".
