Merlino's house is little apartment. It's a small and welcoming space, where you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay and more. Newly built apartment, on the ground floor, with independent heating, in a building of 4 apartments, with brand new furnishings, complete with all necessary appliances. Complete with small balcony overlooking the Isola valley and from which you can access a small garden (1x3 mt). The mini-kitchen in addition to having the standard appliances has a dishwasher, Nespresso machine, bread machine. and small appliances. In the bathroom there is a washer-dryer, towel warmer, hair dryer. Wifi connection, access to Netflix and Prime Video are available.
