Residence Nuova Dogana

The “Residence Nuova Dogana”, located in Via Emet, it is an independent facility surrounded by nature, offering a quiet and sunny position with southern exposure. Its main purpose is to make guests relax and regenerate. It is in a very quiet area of Madesimo, far from the noise of the centre. It is about 800 metres away from the first ski lift, shops, bars and restaurants. Just 150 metres away there is the “Madesimo Adventure Team”, which offers a booking service for excursions and snowmobile rentals; in summer, it is also possible to hire e-bikes to explore the area. The facility offers comfortable flats, available from 2 to 6 beds. All accommodation comes with a fully equipped kitchen, including an induction hob, traditional oven, dishwasher, flat-screen satellite TV, free wi-fi, bathroom with shower, hairdryer and washing machine. Guests also benefit from a towel and linen supply service. The outdoor parking area is exclusively reserved for guests.
